Enjoy beautiful views of the rugged coastline and epic sunsets from this 175 ft wide ocean front lot located on the Cabot Trail at St Joseph du Moine. A mostly level piece of land, it will not be difficult to make a road from highway to shorefront, in fact there are some signs of an old trail. Besides the dramatic views of the ocean up and down the coast, the wide inland view of the hills and plateau is remarkable too. The land is mostly covered by low spruce woods and a variety of shrubs. A note on the photos: besides the photos marked with dotted lines, an easy way to locate the parcel for sale in some of the aerial photos is by noting the two cleared areas at the shore - showing as green (mowed) grass.
