I have a rich experience in Sales & Marketing of building material for International companies, selling market leading products at different levels.

I have a deep interest in the real estate and construction sector primarily due to my training and civil engineering degree.

As regards to my personal life, I am married to my lovely and gorgeous wife Waseefa who is a Ph.D in Chemistry and involved in research at the Acadia University. I have a 7 years old son.

Leveraging my experience and education both in the discipline of engineering and sales, I am known for my skilled analytical abilities, negotiation skills, marketing techniques and outstanding client service. I don't believe in working "for the deal" itself, rather always have my client's best interests at heart. My goal is to ensure that you don't feel like you are simply working with a transaction facilitator, but with a team player who represents your interests.

I am also multilingual and am fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. If you speak any one of these languages, I can easily connect and communicate with you!
