I am proud to be a lifelong resident of the Halifax Region.  Growing up in the area, I have seen wonderful advancements through the years and even in our current times.  I am familiar with all the communities and their amenities, including proximity to local schools as well as any other information that would be of importance to my clients.  It is important in my business to work in a professional manner and to provide my expertise on many levels.  I listen closely to the wants and needs of my clients, so that they are getting the service they deserve and to have a wonderful experience whether they be buying or selling.  With my many years of experience, I offer my clients expertise from educating my clients on the market we are in, providing advice on pricing a home to sell, or suggesting  a purchase price when writing offers, ways to improve the value of your property, preparing/staging to sell your home and my exceptional negotiating skills are just a sampling of the services I provide.

I specialize in all areas of the real estate market - Residential, including New Construction, Condos, Income and Recreational Properties as well as Vacant Land.  I am also registered with the BGRS Program (Brookfield) which allows me to work with the Military and RCMP in their relocations - whether they be moving away from here or relocating here from another area.  

My career in Real Estate started in 2005.   I always have taken great pride in the service I provide to my clients and it continues today.  Through the years, I have achieved many awards from the “100%", “Executive”, "Hall of Fame" as well as “Platinum".  In achieving each of these awards, it is as a result of all of my clients that I have worked with and who have helped in my success in the industry.  I have had the good fortune of working with many wonderful people and I love the opportunity to see dreams come true - whether it be purchasing a property or selling a property.  I want to give a special thanks to all of those I have worked with, I value each one of you!  I am most thankful and appreciative for the many referrals, as well as repeat business with so many clients.
