Courtney joins us with several years of expertise as a licensed real estate professional, having made the transition from another brokerage. Originally from England, she immigrated to Nova Scotia 13 years ago and began her real estate career in Halifax in 2021. Her journey took a pivotal turn two years ago when she moved to Cape Breton, bought her first home, and began focusing her career on the local real estate market.

Courtney is passionate about home renovations, a skill she has honed through numerous projects on her own property. She finds joy in assisting clients who are relocating to Cape Breton, as well as helping first-time homebuyers and investors discover the potential of the island. Her previous career in retail management and merchandising has equipped her with invaluable skills that enhance her real estate endeavors. In her spare time, Courtney loves exploring Cape Breton's trails and beaches with her dog, Honey, and has developed a keen interest in gardening and growing her own vegetables.
